This is a super easy and delicious snack or quick breakfast. I generally choose almond butter, despite the high cost, because I like it the best, but you can make this with whatever type you prefer.
1 slice of bread
1 & 1/2-2 tbs nut butter
1 tsp honey
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp whole flax seeds
*all ingredients are approximate, the great part about this recipe is that you can pretty much make it however you want!
1. Toast a slice of bread of your choice (my preference is something whole grain).
2. Spread the desired amount of your chosen nut butter on top.
3. Drizzle honey over the top.
4. Finish by sprinkling flax seeds and chia seeds over top and enjoy!
