I fully embrace the avocado trend, they have been one of my favorite snacks and ingredients for ages. They’re full of good fats and even better flavor (especially when combined with garlic and salt).
1 slice bread
Drizzle of evoo
Garlic salt to taste
Sprinkle red pepper flakes
1. Toast bread to desired toastiness.
2. Mash avocado on top of toast with a fork.
3. Drizzle evoo and squeeze juice from lemon over top.
4. Sprinkle garlic salt and red pepper flakes to taste. Eat your heart out!
PSA: These measurements are kind of vague so that you can make it to taste, I’m big on the spice and saltiness so I usually overload a bit in that department. So add whatever amount you think will taste best for you!
